This machine re-inserts previously removed cork into a wine bottle. Place the cork partly into the bottle top then pull both handles down. The two side clamps hold the bottle top in alignment and the steel plunger pushes the cork in with one stroke. State laws permitting could be used by restaurants along with the take home wine bottle bag to re-seal a bottle to comply with "open container" laws.
